Our range of injection molding machines, from 25 to 1800 tons, allows us to meet most custom molding requirements. Unicor has the capability to produce plastic parts weighing from 1g to 15kg.

Significant Mold Handling Capacity: Our crane allows us to handle molds up to 20 tons, split into two parts.

Gas Injection Molding: We reduce part weight by up to 30% on certain types of resin using additive technology.
Bi-Injection and Overmolding: We have the expertise and infrastructure to mold metal inserts or overmold plastic parts directly in the mold, thus limiting production steps.
